Ramallah, MINA — Russia and Palestine are expected to soon sign an agreement exempting Palestinian products exported to Russia from customs, WAFA reported, citing Palestineās ambassador to Russia, Abdul Hafiz Noufal, on Monday.
He told Voice of Palestine radio that Palestinian-Russian relations are making headway forward in various fields, particularly on the political and economic levels, referring specifically to the meeting in Ramallah on Monday of the Palestinian-Russian joint committee, co-chaired by Minister of National Economy Abeer Odeh and the Russian Minister of Labor.
Noufal said that the meeting will include Russian government officials from the economy, education and health ministries in addition to representatives of the Russian private sector, stressing the importance of strengthening bilateral relations in all fields.(T/RS5/RS1)
