Jakarta, MINA – Presidential Candidate number 02 Prabowo Subianto accompanied by his deputy Sandiaga Uno said that they respected the results of Constitutional Court Judge’s decision.

“We have just listened to the Court’s decision on the results of 2019 presidential election. Even though the decision was very disappointing for us, but we will continue to obey and follow our legal channels, the Constitution 45 and applicable legal system in Indonesia,” Prabowo said at his residence, at Kertanegara street, Jakarta, on Thursday night, June 27.

On that occasion, he also expressed his gratitude to the supporters, as well as his coalition party.

“Sandiaga Uno and I would like to thank the supporters, the entire Indonesian Coalition Party for Justice and Prosperity (Adil Makmur), and the BPN for their support and loyalty for the nomination of Prabowo-Sandi as president and vice president candidate,” he said.

“Look at the future with enthusiasm and optimism, not be discouraged. We must remain strong and calm with noble ideals, always in the framework of peace and anti-violence. All our nation’s children are our own brothers, “he concluded.

The Constitutional Court rejected all claims made by 2019 Presidential Election submitted by Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno. The decision was agreed upon by nine constitutional justices.

“Reject the petition of the petitioner in its entirety,” said Chairman of the Constitutional Court Judge Anwar Usman on Thursday at Constitutional Court Building, Jakarta. (TL/Sj/P2)
