PPSC: 23 Arrest at Beit Hanoun Crossing Since January

Gaza, MINA – Palestinian Prisoner Center for Studies (PPCS) reported on Saturday that Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested 23 Palestinians at Beit Hanoun crossing (Erez) in northern Gaza Strip since January, PIC reported.

Riyad al-Ashqar, the spokesman of the center, revealed that the number included 3 Palestinians from Gaza Strip, 2 employees of international institutions, 2 tradesmen who need travel permissions, and 5 women.

He added that among the detainees are 2 sick people who were heading to the West Bank for treatment in addition to an academic lecturer at the Islamic University.(R/R04/RS5)
