Malaysian Football Club Requires Players to Apply Islamic Sharia

Kuala Terengganu, MINA – Malaysian Super League contestant clubs, Terengganu FC requires new policy to the all his Muslim players to close their genitals when competing.

The policy was delivered by the Terengganu FC early age coach, Wan Sukairi Wan Abdullah.

“This regulation is intended to implement Islamic sharia and only required for Muslim players,” Abdullah explained, as quoted from Kosmo.com.my on Wednesday.

“We will make sure all the players wear clothes that cover the nakedness in all Terengganu matches. For non-Muslim players, we will urge them to follow what is done by Islamic players, “he added.

“We will carry out the implementation in stages, and not a drastic change that directly involves all players,” he concluded after attending the Terengganu Affairs Invitation Board Meeting.
