INDONESIA IPB STUDENTS  TO HOLD  CREATIVE INDUSTRY EXPO

Bogor, 5 Dzulqa’dah 1435/31 August 2014 (MINA) – Post-Graduate Muslim Student Association of Bogor Agricultural University (HIMPASS IPB, Himpunan Mahasiswa Pascasarjana Muslim Institut Pertanian Bogor) will hold Creative Industry Expo in Graha Widya Wisuda Kampus IPB Dramaga Bogor, West Java, Saturday, September 27, 2014.

Chief Executive of HIMPASS IPB, Rusdah Talib stated  that  exhibition of the creative industry would be held during the  7th Islamic  Scientific Forum events  in IPB.

“We  initiate to give  insight of business  world and facilitate participants to develop creative ideas of  business respectively,” said Talib told Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) reporter, Saturday (30 august 2014).

According to him, there are about 50 creative industries that will take part in the expo.

At the same place, HIMPASS IPB   will also hold  Entrepreneur Seminar with  topic “Entrepreneur Seminar for Young Generation, Lead the Global Market”. The speakers of the seminar  are  Dr. Syarif Hasan (Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs periode of  2009-2014), Riyeke Ustadiyanto (Founder of Marketbiz Media Indonesia)  and Muhammad Assad, M.Sc. (President Director of Sidra Nusantara and  author of Best Seller Notes from Qatar).

Chairman of the committee, Rusdah added, the need of human resources that can compete well in  global market is  an important thing now. It is because Indonesia has to compete in  free market  in 2015.

“Younger generation must  prepare to take part in global arena. They have to become reliable competitors in  ASEAN and the world,” he said.

HIMPASS IPB  also will hold  online business Sessions.  Entrepreneur experts will explain  strategies of selling through the internet.

HIMPASS IPB  along with students of IPB endeavour to facilitate promotion and network  activities for all parties with a ten of  entrepreneur partners.(L/P4/P009/P3).
