Gaza, MINA – Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip entered its 17th day today, Monday the martyrs climbed to over 5,085, according to latest reports, amid an increase in air strikes, the Palestinian Information Centre reported.
The UN Humanitarian Affairs Coordination Office (OCHA) quoted officials from the Gaza Ministry of Health saying that 62 per cent of the fatalities in Gaza are women and children.
According to the latest official statistics, the number of wounded citizens also increased dramatically to over 15,273 due to the relentless Israeli attacks on residential areas in Gaza.
“The occupation army has been committing new massacres against civilians and intensifying its raids on dozens of inhabited homes since last night and this morning across the Gaza Strip, resulting in a large number of martyrs and injuries,” the spokesman for the Ministry of Interior, Iyad Al-Buzom, said in a statement.
