Al-Aqsa Preacher: Supporting Captives Is A Must

Al-Quds, 24 Rajab 1438/22 April 2017 (MINA) – Al-Aqsa Mosque Preacher, Sheikh Mohammad Hussein, said supporting hunger striking prisoners in Israeli jails is a duty at all levels.

During his Friday sermon which was attended by 40,000 Palestinians, Sheikh Hussein, said backing up striking detainees is a national and humanitarian responsibility on Palestinians as well as the nations of Arabs and Muslims, the Palestinian Information Center reported.

Israeli forces erected military checkpoints at the gates and roads of Occupied Jerusalem as well as the gates of al-Aqsa Mosque.

Israeli police checked the IDs of Muslim worshipers before allowing them access to the holy shrine.(T/R04/RS5)
