New York, 24 Jumadil Awwal 1438/20 February 2017 (MINA) – Thousands of Muslims and New Yorkers gathered on Time Square on Sunday to show their solidarity in what they called “Today I’m Muslim Too”.

The coordinator of the rally Shamsi Ali, a Muslim imaam in New York-based Mosque, expressed his joy during the campaign, as he mentioned, it showed real american identity.

“Participants meet the five blocks in Time Square, the heart of New York is estimated at 7-10 thousand participants,” he told MINA, Monday (20/2).

“I guess we can thank Donald Trump for uniting us in a way that we have not been united,” hip-hop mogul and activist Russell Simmons said.
