Throwing Stone to Israeli Forces, 21 Children Arrested

Jerusalem, MINA – Israeli occupation forces launched a capture operation in the village of Issawiya, northeast Jerusalem on Monday, September 23. The operation, which was carried out just before dawn, arrested 21 underage children and several young men.

Israeli forces often target the arrest of Palestinian children who are underage. Israel argues that Palestinian children often throw stones at the army, including other forms of attack that must be secured.

According to sources quoted by Safa, the arrested minors were identified as Mohammed Fawzi Obeid, Diaa Ayman Obeid, Sufian Nasser Mahmoud, Mohamed Nasser Mahmoud, Akram Fadi Eisheh, Zayed Ajlouni, Mohab Rajab Obeid, Waseem Eyad Dari, Ali Jamal Mahmoud Badr, Bassel Mohammed Darbas, Qusay Mohammad Darbas, Haro Mohammad, Rashad Abu Riyaleh, and Mahmoud Jamal Attia.
