Gaza, MINA – Two Palestinian civilians were martyred and five others injured on Monday morning following an Israeli airstrike targeting a civilian gathering in the town of Abasan Al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, in yet another violation of the ongoing ceasefire agreement, according to PIC.
Medical sources confirmed that one person was killed instantly and five others were wounded, including one in critical condition before being transported to Nasser Hospital. Later, one of the injured succumbed to his wounds.
The civil defense service reported that several citizens sustained serious injuries in the attack and that additional Israeli strikes were also carried out in the same area.
In separate incidents, Israeli gunboats fired projectiles along the Rafah coast in southern Gaza, while drones dropped bombs near displacement camps at the Shuja’iya junction in eastern Gaza City.

Later in the day, three civilians from the same family were injured when a wall collapsed inside Gloria Hall, a facility in western Gaza City that had been targeted multiple times by Israeli airstrikes. Civil defense sources stated that such structural collapses have become more frequent since the ceasefire began, as many damaged buildings remain unstable.[]
