Thousands of Indonesian Businessman Hold Kopdar In Bogor
Bogor, MINA – Thousands of business people have gathered for two days at the Sentul Convention Center, here, to share their experience and gain knowledge and spur their entrepreneurial spirit from business experts.
The businessmen, mostly active players in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from all over Indonesia, meet on Saturday and Sunday in a seminar entitled Kopdar Saudagar Nusantara (KSN) 2017 or Meeting on the Real World of the Archipelagic Businessmen.
They gathered on the basis of an idea that later developed into a spirit, the KSN Founder Rendy Saputra said in a statement received by the MINA News Agency.
Rendy who is also the National Coordinator of the United Businessman of the Archipelago expressed his wish that this nation can have a sense of honor by being a king in his own country. Therefore, he introduced the concept of power in business.
“There are three things about this concept that we convey in this forum. Firstly, the strength of feeling, Secondly, the srength of mind and Thirdly, the strength of action, he said ..
He thinks that Indonesia’s economy is in a state of stagnant or slowing due to the unchanged way of thinking or mindset.
He also believes this event is the first and largest event of Indonesian business actors ever held in Bogor. Previously, said Rendy, these business actors only communicate through the virtual world, although there are several meetings but the scope is not as big as this.
“So this is naturally they, especially SMEs business people come here, because they really want to learn to do business, grow and want to get knowledge of good business,” he said.
He expressed the hope that from this meeting, the government is pleased to see and support the enthusiasm of Indonesian businessmen. The support, he said, could be a facilitation in business licencing. (L/RE1/RS5)
