150 Delegates Proclaim Al Quds Oath Against Trump’s Illegal Claims
Kuala Lumpur, MINA – There are more than 150 delegates from inside and outside Malaysia signed the Al-Quds Oath to fight US President Donald Trump’s illegal claims on Al Quds, Thursday at the Malaysia Inter-Islamic University (UIAM) Campus, Kuala Lumpur.
“The reason behind the signing of the Al Quds Oath is to oppose President Trump’s claim on Al Quds which is conveyed in the form official statement,” explained by DR. Sharif Abu Shammala, the Chair of the Malaysian Al Quds Foundation in a written statement received by MINA.
According to him, Al Quds Oath is a manifestation to support the struggle of the Palestinian people and specifically, the rejection of United States President Donald Trump’s illegal claim that Jerusalem or Al Quds is the capital of Israel.
As it has been reported by various media, this illegal claim has resulted increasing the suffering of Palestinians because of the increasingly violence commited by Israeli occupation authorities.
Al Quds Oath contains four things. First is the rejection of Israeli occupation on Palestine, because it is against justice, human rights and historical reality.
The Second is the rejection of the existence of the state of Israel which was founded on the destruction of rights, religion, and patriotism. All acts of the Zionists are illegal because they against UN resolutions and religious provisions.
Third, rejecting the claim that Al Quds is the capital city of Israel along with all its support and this did not nullify the fact that Al Quds be the capital of Palestine.
Fourth, emphasizing that saving of Al Quds from Zionist occupation and efforts of Judaization is the responsibility of every citizen of the world. The occupation is not only kill the Palestinian people but also destroyed the inherited civilization in the holy city, it should be stopped immediately.
During the meeting, hundreds of delegates attended there, including representatives from Palestine, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sudan, Turkey, and the Maldives. Special guest who attended the occasion was the Deputy Minister of Public Works Malaysia, Dato Muhammad Anuar Tahir.
Meanwhile, the Indonesian delegation was represented by a humanitarian institution that focused on fighting for the liberation of the Al Aqsa Mosque, the Al Aqsa Working Group (AWG) and the youth of Jamaah Muslimin (Hizbullah). (RT/Sj/P2)
