Al-Aqsa University Hold Cultural, Scientific Cooperation

Ramallah, MINA – Al-Aqsa University in Gaza Strip received a delegation from the Nazareth Culture and Development Center from the West Bank to hold cultural and scientific cooperation. Dunya al-Wathan reported on Sunday.

The Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education at Al-Aqsa University, Dr. Mohammed Mahmoud Abu Odeh welcomed the visiting delegation and delivered greetings from Kamal Al-Sharafi, President of the University.

Abu Odeh emphasized the readiness of University to carry out joint activities that would promote and preserve Palestinian cultural heritage from generation to generation as a Palestinian identity.

Ahmed Al Shanbari, President of the Nazareth Culture and Development Center, praised Al-Aqsa University for its extraordinary efforts in the service and development of Palestinian community.

The delegation also discussed the possibility of holding scientific and cultural activities with the university, at the Nakba Memorial under the theme “From Gaza to Nazareth, one homeland and one person”.

At the end of meeting, the two parties agreed to form an executive committee to follow up on the implementation of what was agreed upon. (T/Sj/R04)
