Dozens of US Citizens in New York Show Solidarity Toward Palestine

New York, MINA – Dozens of US citizens on Saturday participated in a march staged in New York City in solidarity with Palestine and the besieged Gaza Strip.

The march, which was organized in New York’s Times Square on the occasion of the Palestinian Land Day and the first anniversary of the March of Return in Gaza, was called for by New York for Palestine and other civil society organizations.

The participants carried Palestinian flags and placards denouncing Israel and calling for ending blockade on Gaza and US aid to Israel, palinfo reported.

Some participants also chanted slogans in support of the Palestinian resistance, describing it as a legitimate right.

Tens of thousands people were involved in “a million return, land day and break the blockade” on the anniversary of Land Day in Palestine.

Since March 30 last year, it has been killed as a martyr for 280 residents and 31 thousand others. (R/Ais/P2)
