Hamas : Time for US to Reassess Its Policy towards Palestine

Gaza, 9 Safar 1438/9 November 2016 (MINA) – Hamas Movement called Wednesday on the U.S. newly-elected President Donald Trump to reassess his country’s policy towards and to bring justice to the Palestinian cause.

The Palestinian people’s suffering is still ongoing due to the U.S. bias in favor of the Israeli occupation, the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reported.

However, “we urge the American President-elect to re-evaluate this policy and to work on bringing justice to the Palestinians,” the group said in a brief statement.

Trump has won 276 electoral votes, becoming the 45th president of the United States. (T/P008/R07)
