West Bank, MINA – Israeli occupation forces raided several areas across the occupied West Bank on Sunday morning, kidnapping two Palestinian youths, firing tear gas at civilians, and carrying out incursions into homes and businesses.
In Ramallah governorate, Israeli forces kidnapped two young men from a house in the town of al-Mughayir and closed the entrance to Silwad town, according to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC).
In Nablus governorate, soldiers fired tear gas canisters at an olive press and a family vehicle during a raid in the town of Aqraba. The attack caused material damage and left several civilians, including children, suffering from tear gas inhalation.
In al-Khalil, Israeli forces reportedly opened live fire at a vehicle near the town of Tarqumiyah, west of the city, according to eyewitnesses.

In Jenin governorate, Israeli forces raided Qabatiya, south of Jenin city, and entered a commercial store before withdrawing. They also stormed the village of Zububa, west of the governorate.
Israeli forces also raided the Salfit governorate, entering the towns of Deir Ballut and Yasuf. During a search of a house in Deir Ballut, soldiers reportedly stole a sum of money.
Additional raids were reported in other areas of the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, although no further arrests were reported in those locations.
The latest operations come amid continuing Israeli military raids across the occupied West Bank, which have intensified since October 2023.

According to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society, more than 25,000 Palestinians have been kidnapped in the West Bank since October 2023, including children, women, journalists, and human rights activists. Some Palestinians are held under administrative detention, a system that allows imprisonment without formal charges or trial.
The raids have also raised concerns about the impact of military operations on Palestinian civilians and their livelihoods, particularly during the olive harvest season. The use of tear gas near an olive press and a vehicle carrying a family in Aqraba left several people, including children, requiring attention for gas inhalation.
Palestinian communities across the West Bank continue to face military raids, movement restrictions, and reported incidents of property damage. Human rights organizations have documented concerns over the treatment of Palestinians during arrests and military operations, including the use of administrative detention.
The latest incidents add to tensions across the occupied territory, where Palestinian residents face continuing security operations and restrictions on movement.[]
