PALESTINIAN WORKERS SUFFER FROM SUFFOCATION OF ISRAELI TEAR GAS

Al-Quds (Jerusalem), 6 Jumadil Akhir 1435/6 April 2014 (MINA) – Dozens of Palestinian workers suffered  Sunday morning from suffocation  as the Israeli occupation forces fired tear gas  at them near al-Zaytooneh checkpoint near Al-Eizariya town to  the  south of  east Jerusalem.

The spokesman of Popular Resistance Committees, Hani Halabiye  said the IOF chased the workers on their way to work in the Holy City, and fired tear gas at them, ALRAY, according to Palestinian Media Agency report quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA).

He pointed that the IOF tightened their security measures  on Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis towns claiming that they arrested a Palestinian tried to stab an Israeli.

The IOF arrested Saturday night three Palestinian youths from Issawiya town in the centre of Jerusalem, claiming  that they threw Molotov cocktails at a Jewish nightspot  at the French Hill.
