ALLIANCE OF PALESTINIAN FORCES DENOUNCES ABBAS FOR RESUMING TALKS WITH ISRAEL

      Beirut, 25 Ramadan 1434/ August 2, 2013 (MINA) – Alliance of Palestinian Forces in Lebanon denounced Abbas’s decision to resume talks under American pressures despite persistent Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people.

      Resumption of talks with the Israeli occupation is a stab in the back of the Palestinian cause and a cover for the Israeli crimes particularly settlement expansion, Judaization, confiscation of lands and expulsion of Negev Bedouins, in addition to tightening the siege on Gaza, the alliance statement said, PIC reported as monitored by Mi’raj News Agency (MINA).

       The alliance called on PA and PLO leadership to stop the absurd negotiations and to work to achieve the national reconciliation and unity in addition to build a Palestinian strategy based on resistance option and the Palestinian national constants.

       U.S. appointed former U.S. ambassador to Israel Martin Indyk as mediator delegation between Israel-Palestinian Authority,  as they said it will completed within nine months.

       Media speculated related US-mediated Israeli intention to hasten negotiations in which Palestinian national reconciliation delayed due to internal conflicts in its internal mediator country, Egypt nowadays, many people believe the U.S. seem to take advantage of this situation.

       “The consultation makes U.S. happy, because the U.S. is still seen Palestinian problem as the key to the ‘solving problems’ in the Middle East,” said a Palestinian analyst Abdel Majid Sweilam. (T/P03/E1)
