Rafah, MINA – The last batch of Gazan pilgrims left Gaza on Thursday evening for Haj via Rafah crossing.

The crossing and border authority in Gaza said, in a press release, that 3,000 pilgrims left the Gaza Strip after the fourth and last batch of pilgrims, about 530, traveled through Rafah border crossing to Cairo en route for Hajj in Saudi Arabia on Thursday, PIC reported.

The Egyptian authorities opened Rafah crossing on Monday for four days for the travel of pilgrims.(T/R04/RS5)
