West Bank, MINA – Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale kidnapping campaign across several West Bank governorates early Tuesday, kidnapping 31 Palestinians, including four female students from Birzeit University and a number of former prisoners, according to local sources, as cited by Wafa.
The kidnappings were carried out during simultaneous military raids involving dozens of home searches and the ransacking of property.
In the Tulkarm governorate, Israeli forces kidnapped 13 Palestinians, including several former prisoners, after raiding homes in the city, its suburbs, and the Al-Sha’arawiya area north of the governorate. Among those kidnapped were former prisoners Adnan Khader Al-Husari (60), Raja’i Ahmad Amouri (42), and Abdel Latif Nafea Hamdan (45).
In the Nablus governorate, ten Palestinians were kidnapped following raids on the village of Surra west of Nablus and the town of Beita to the south.
