Jakarta, 17 Rabiul Awwal 1437/29 Desember 2015 (MINA) – Indonesian national police has sent a team to investigate deadly attacks on a police station in Papua on Sunday night that killed three police officers, national police spokesman said Monday.
The police station located at Sinai subdistrict of Puncak district, Papua province, in eastern parts of Indonesia, said Senior Commissioner Anton Charliyan, national police spokesman.
The strikes also wound 2 other policemen. Xinhua quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporting.
“There were (deadly) shootings on three police officers,” he said.

Papua province is home to separatist Free Papua Movement known as OPM.
