Tasikmalaya, MINA – The Aqsa Working Group (AWG) Tasikmalaya Bureau organized a long march event entitled “Love Walk for Al-Aqsa and Palestine” on Sunday. The event served as a moment to support the struggle of the Palestinian people and the liberation of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The long march, covering more than 8 kilometers, received enthusiastic participation from attendees and local residents, who showed solidarity with the Palestinian struggle. Participants walked together with great spirit, carrying messages of peace and unity.
On that occasion, AWG Tasikmalaya Bureau advisor Eko Siswanto emphasized that the gathering was not merely for a walk, but to foster the spirit of struggle.
“This is a forum for friendship, a forum for brotherhood, to strengthen our ranks, and to nurture the spirit and fighting spirit to defend Palestine, especially to liberate Al-Aqsa Mosque,” Eko said.

In his speech, Ustadz Rafi Abdul Rafi stressed that the gathering was not for any country, political interest, or ethnicity, but was driven by faith, love, and solidarity with brothers and sisters in Palestine who are suffering under Zionist oppression. His statement inspired participants to continue fighting for the liberation of Palestine through peaceful yet spirited means.
AWG Tasikmalaya Bureau told MINA on Tuesday that they remain committed to making the long march a regular activity, to be held every three months. The mass action aims to maintain the spirit of solidarity with Palestine and ensure that the struggle continues through various tangible actions within the community.[]
