Gaza, MINA – Two Palestinians were killed and several others wounded on Monday when Israeli occupation forces opened fire on two vehicles in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip, and on an electric bicycle in Gaza City, according to the Palestine News Agency Wafa.
In the first incident, Israeli forces fired on two vehicles near Street 5 in Khan Younis, killing a Palestinian from the al-Bureij refugee camp and wounding four others. The victims were rushed to nearby hospitals, but one succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
In a separate attack, Israeli forces targeted an electric bicycle in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in central Gaza City, killing a child. Medical sources confirmed the child’s death but did not immediately release his identity.
The Israeli military has not issued an official statement regarding either incident. The attacks are the latest in a series of daily ceasefire violations that have continued despite a truce agreement brokered by regional mediators.[]
