West Bank, MINA – Israeli occupation forces raided several cities, towns, and villages across the West Bank early Wednesday, carrying out home searches, kidnappings, and detentions amid extensive military activity in several areas.
In Yatta, south of al-Khalil, Israeli occupation forces stormed the city with military vehicles and deployed a number of soldiers by helicopter. Footage circulating online showed military vehicles and soldiers moving through the city. In southern al-Khalil, Israeli forces detained and mistreated a large number of Palestinians before kidnapping two Palestinians, including a child. The two were kidnapped after being held for more than four hours on Al-Ikhwa Street.
In Nablus governorate, Israeli troops broke into the city accompanied by Eitan armored vehicles and raided the Quran Academy area, as well as Asira and Jerusalem streets. Israeli forces also raided the town of Awarta, south of Nablus, and searched several homes in the Balata al-Balad area east of the city.
In Tulkarem governorate, Israeli forces raided the town of Deir al-Ghusun to the north and searched a home. Israeli forces also kidnapped a Palestinian man after raiding his home in the Al-Rashid neighborhood, east of the Dhinnaba suburb of Tulkarem.

In Jenin governorate, Israeli forces raided the village of Zubda, west of Jenin, and searched several homes. Israeli forces also entered the town of Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem, and confiscated a motorcycle belonging to a delivery driver. In the northern Jordan Valley, Jewish settlers gathered near Palestinian homes in the Ein Ghazal al-Farisiya area as Israeli military raids and movements continued across several parts of the West Bank.[]
