ISRAEL TRIES TO SILENCE AL-AQSA VOICE:RAED SALAH

Al-Quds (Jerussalem), 2 Zulqaidah 1434/6 September 2013 (MINA) – Sheikh Raed Salah, the leader of the Islamic Movement in pre- 1984 Palestine, said that Israel arrested him in an attempt to silence the voices calling for supporting Al-Aqsa.

Salah refused on Tuesday to be released on NIS 50,000 bail and on condition that he stays at least 30 km. away from the Al-aqsa mosque  for 30 days.

“ I am not sorry for may stance. The Israeli jailers and the lawyers have agreed that I have to be released on a bail and stay away from Jerusalem,” Salah said.

He added that when he was released from Al-Muskubiya center he was taken to the outside Jerusalem and  followed by a car of Israeli intelligence.

Salah said that he had being questioned for three hours and the Israeli interrogators were trying to convict him of incitement since he called for descending on Al-aqsa courtyards  to prevent an Israeli dangerous mass invasion .

Shiekh Raed Salah  spent several times in Israeli jails because of his activities in defending AL-aqsa Mosque. Alray media reported monitored by Mi’raj News Agency (MINA).

Israeli forces broke into Al-Aqsa Mosque

A number of Jerusalemites sustained injuries, having stood for the defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque, when the Israeli occupation forces and Zionist extremists broke into it.

“A group of fourteen Zionists, back-up with Israeli police broke into the Al-Aqsa Mosque through Bab Al-Maghreba gate,” Mahmoud Abu Atta, coordinator of Al-Aqsa Foundation for Endowment and Heritage, said. Palestinians tried to stop them but the Israeli special forces intervened.

The IOF bans Palestinians, who are less than 50 years old from entering into the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Israeli Militants were deployed around the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

It is worth mentioning that Israeli extremist groups called yesterday on the Jews to break into Al-Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday.(T/P02/P04)
