EGYPTIAN AMBASSADOR APPRECIATES MINA SUPPORT FOR PALESTINIAN STRUGGLE

AMBASSADOR OF EGYPT IN INDONESIA
       Jakarta, 22 Jumadil Akhir 1434/2 May 2013 (MINA) – Egyptian Ambassador to Indonesia, Bahaa Dessouki, declared his support to the only International Islamic News Agency based in Indonesia, Mi’raj News Agency (MINA), in providing news as its support for the liberation of Palestine and Al-Aqsa mosque from the long-term occupation by Zionist Israelis.

       “I am sure MINA is the active one of this struggle to liberate Palestine and restore  the mosque to Muslims. Therefore, I also invite all Muslims around the world to contribute in this effort,” Dessouki said in an exclusive interview with MINA in Jakarta, Wednesday (1/5).

       He emphasized that Al-Aqsa mosque is the heart of Palestine, as well as the City of Al-Quds (Jerusalem) is absolute rights of Muslims, and basically the first qibla for them.

       “MINA has a role in supporting the independence struggle of Palestine and showing to the world what is really happening there as well as supporting the liberation of the Al-Aqsa mosque from Israeli occupation,” Dessouki asserted.

        Dessouki appreciated MINA’s efforts which invited world communities especially Muslims to participate the struggle that requires the role of all parties.

       Until today, Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque are still under Israeli occupation which has been started since Israel announced the establishment of ‘Jewish state’ on Palestinian land that was taken by force in 1948. (L/P015/P03/E1)
