TOWARD BOMB TERROR AT SARINAH THAMRIN

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem,

1. On behalf of the entire family of Indonesian Muslim Intellectuals Association (ICMI), we were very concerned and expressed deep condolences therein Terror and Bomb incident in Sarinah, Thamrin which caused fatalities, injuried many people, caused material losses as well as non-material. May Allah gives strength and sincerity to family’s victims in accepting the accident.
2. ICMI strongly condemned the perpetrators of terror and bombs that have been resulted in innocent victims. To the citizens, be patient and remain calm, entrust to the security forces to investigate the incident. ICMI strongly opposed terror perpetrators who have committed acts of violence to innocent people.
3. All parties are expected not to give a statement before everything are proven legally to keep the peace atmosphere.
4. ICMI invites the entire community to give assistment to the government, officials, and law enforcement agencies not only condemning the incident, but also find out the root of problem, source and motive of the cause and more importantly looking for the intellectual actors.

Let’s pray to Allah the Almighty to show us that the right and the falsehood can be revealed clearly.
