“We are very happy for our visit this evening to the hospital of Indonesia.  We would like to say thank you very much for all of your efforts in alleviating the suffering of the entire Palestinian people,” Haniyeh said on the opening of his speech.

He added the existence of RSI volunteers giving spirit and motivation for all the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

“Everytime we see you all, we are really sure that we are getting closer to victory. You are far away from your home, you left your wife, children, family, to be a volunteer in this country. Insha Allah, the presence of all of you here are recorded and noted by Allah as jihad,” Haniyah said admiring to unpaid volunteers from MER-C and  Al-Fatah Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Husain, the coordinator of the meeting said to Mi’raj News Agency reporter that “Tonight in the middle of Ramadan this year, Indonesian volunteers in Gaza Strip get a special gift. As previously reported that Palestinian Prime Minister Dr. Ismail Haniyeh  visited us here,”.

“The volunteers who are really waiting for his arrival seemed very happy on this historical visit,” Husain added.

The volunteers try to provide the best preparation for Palestinian Prime Minister. The place where they sleep was changed by cover. The warm atmosphere is created between volunteers and Palestinian Prime Minister when they sit in a circle, with no difference. The meeting, according to Husain was like a meeting between Muhajirin and Anshar like the time of the Prophet Muhammad, not in the context of the Indonesian delegation to meet the head of state.(T/P05/P04).
