Nablus, MINA – A 29-year-old Palestinian man was killed by Israeli forces’ gunfire on Tuesday in the town of Aqaba, south of Nablus, according to Wafa.
A security source identified the victim as Abdul Karim Mohammad Salem Khader, 29, and said he was killed after Israeli forces surrounded his home in the town. The forces withheld his body.
Israeli forces had surrounded a house in Aqaba in the early hours of Tuesday. According to security sources, Israeli forces raided the western part of the town, surrounded a house, and targeted it with Energa grenades. They also used a military bulldozer to demolish parts of the house.
The killing of Abdul Karim Mohammad Salem Khader in Aqaba is the latest in a series of Israeli military operations across the occupied West Bank, which have intensified since October 2023.

Aqaba, a town located south of Nablus, has been a frequent target of Israeli raids and military incursions, with reports of arrests, home demolitions, and armed confrontations.[]
