BMKG: Jakarta’s Weather Forecast to Be Cloudy and Hot Throughout the Day, with a High Temperature of 31°C (Doc: X Account)

Jakarta, MINA – The Air Quality Index (AQI⁺ US) in Jakarta on Tuesday was recorded at 60, placing it in the moderate category. This condition indicates that air quality in the capital remains relatively safe and tolerable to support various daily activities of the public.

Based on air quality monitoring results, Jakarta’s current atmospheric conditions are assessed as posing no significant health impacts. Vulnerable groups, such as children, the elderly, and people with respiratory conditions, are still able to carry out activities with a sufficient level of safety.

Nevertheless, the public is advised to continue maintaining their health and to limit exposure to pollutants when necessary.

The improvement in air quality comes as positive news for Jakarta residents, who in recent months have frequently faced fluctuations in air pollution levels.

During certain periods, air quality had previously fallen into the unhealthy category, which could potentially cause health problems, particularly for vulnerable groups.

The reduction in pollutant levels provides cleaner air for the community and helps lower the risk of health issues caused by exposure to polluted air.

It is hoped that these conditions can be maintained through increased public awareness and stronger air pollution control policies in urban areas.[]
