IOF Opens Machingun Fire at Al-Wadah Refugee Camp

Gaza, MINA – Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Saturday opened machinegun fire towards al-Awdah refugee camp east of Jablaya town in the northern Gaza Strip. A number of injuries were reported.

Local sources told Quds Press that thousands of Palestinians returned to al-Awdah refugee camps in 6 sites along the borderline east of Gaza, PIC reported.

The sources pointed out that injuries were reported among Palestinian youths. However, it was not announced officially by the Palestinian health ministry.

Some 15 Palestinians were killed and 1500 others were shot and injured by Israeli occupation forces during their participation in the great march of return held along the borderline area on Friday.(R/R04/RS5)
