INDONESIA ULEMA: AL-QUR’AN SOURCE OF GLORY

Kuala Lumpur, 8 Shafar 1436/1 December 2014 (MINA) – Indonesia ulema K.H. Abul Hidayat Saerodjie asserted that Al-Qur’an is a source of glory for rising the civilization especially Islamic world.

“If Muslims want to get up and rebuild civilization, they should return to the Qur’an as a source of glory,” he said at Kuala Lumpur, on Saturday in the event of safari dakwah, Indonesia-Malaysia and Thailand.

According to him, Al-Qur’an gives power for Muslims to organize and unify all potential sources of Muslims.

“Therefore, Muslims in Indonesia and Malaysia should continue tightening the brotherhood based on the Qur’an,” he said.

Ustad Faiz, the chief of Al-Muhajirin Al-Arifin mosque, Kuala Lumpur said, he was very grateful implementing the acceleration of Al-Quran commemoration program “Tajul Waqar” with teachers from Al-Fatah Islamic boarding school, Indonesia.

A short program “Tajul Waqar” was the first time introduced outside of Palestine at Al-Fatah Islamic boarding school, Indonesia in 2012.

Furthermore, the program will be developed at all Al-Fatah branches in all Indonesian provinces and other educational institutions in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Al-Fatah Islamic boarding schools opens cooperation opportunities with various institutions to develop the program. Institutions which are interested in it could contact Al-Fatah foundation. (L/P009/R03)
