HAMAS HOLDS ISRAEL RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS SETTLERS’ CRIMES

Gaza, 21 Shafar 1434/03 January 2013 (PIC/ MINA) — Hamas movement held the Israeli Occupation Authorities (IOA) fully responsible for consequences of Jewish settlers’ crimes against the Palestinian people and their holy shrines.

Hamas, in a press release on Wednesday, warned the IOA against providing a cover for those settlers. The movement was commenting on the repeated settlers’ storming of the holy Aqsa mosque in occupied Jerusalem and the continuous attacks on citizens and their property in the West Bank.

Hamas said that the Palestinian people would not remain idle for those attacks and would remain steadfast on their land and would continue to defend their holy shrines.

The movement urged human rights groups to expose the settlers’ crimes, affirming that no matter what their crimes were they would never gain a foothold in the Aqsa mosque or in any inch of Palestinian land. (T/R-020/R-006)
