Cairo, 21 Dhulhijjja 1435/16 October 2014 (MINA) – Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood condemned the latest Zionist aggression against Al Aqsa and the banning of Palestinians from entering the third Muslims’ holiest mosque Mosque recently.

“Zionist attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque continue relentlessly, day and night, under the Israeli occupation which prevents worshipers from entering the holy mosque,” the Brotherhood said in a statement on its official website, as quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA), Wednesday (15/10).

“As Israeli occupation forces in Palestine prevent worshippers from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque and allow Zionist fanatics to attack Muslims there, world Muslims must no longer keep quiet about the repeated atrocities, Ikhwanweb statement said.

The statement continued, “The holy mosque cries out to Arabs and Muslims of the world to do what they must to liberate it, to support the people of Palestine until victory.”

The Muslim Brotherhood’s Official English Website said it salutes all Palestinians who stand steadfast in occupied Palestine, and condemns “the shameful hesitant stances of Arab governments, the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the United Nations.”

They added, “The Muslim Brotherhood is confident that the Arab and Muslim peoples, including the Egyptian people, will not let down their brothers and sisters who are selflessly defending Al-Aqsa Mosque, and who are facing, unarmed, the brutal machine of Zionist terror, and will rise up and achieve victory for their holy places.”

The largest Islamic organization in Egypt demands “that Arab and Muslim peoples meet the call of the International Union for Muslim Scholars to support Al-Aqsa Mosque on Friday, October 17th so the Zionists, their puppets and accomplices realize the time for liberating Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque from the barbaric criminals is upon them. The time for liberating all the Palestinian people from Zionist occupation is upon them.”(T/R04/P3)
