Jakarta, MINA – The Care Kitchen program for international refugees in Jakarta, spearheaded by the humanitarian agency Ukhuwah Al-Fatah Rescue (UAR), continues.

Several UAR personnel returned to the UNHCR Jakarta building on Sunday to distribute daily lunch boxes to dozens of refugees.

UAR advisor, Imaam Yakhsyallah Mansur, stated that as hosts to dozens of refugees from various countries, the Indonesian people should not sit idly by.

“There are tens to hundreds of Muslims, children, women, and teenagers from dozens of conflict-affected countries struggling to eat in our country. How can we sit idly by?” Imaam Yakhsyallah said, as received by MINA News via text message.
