Gaza, MINA – Six citizens were martyred at dawn on Saturday following an Israeli attack on al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, according to local sources, as cited by the Palestine Information Center.
Sources said that Israeli aircraft targeted a security checkpoint near Taiba Pharmacy in Block 9 of al-Bureij camp, killing six civilians and injuring several others.
In another incident, three citizens were wounded after an Israeli drone dropped a bomb on a tent sheltering a displaced family in Bani Suheila town, east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
Meanwhile, Israeli gunboats opened fire into the sea near the coast of Khan Younis, amid intensive gunfire from tanks in central and eastern Khan Younis.

Israeli artillery shelling at dawn also targeted the al-Nadi area of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza.
In Gaza City, Israeli forces detonated civilian buildings east of the city, while tanks opened fire toward the eastern and northern areas.
Israeli tanks also launched artillery strikes on the eastern area of Gaza City’s al-Tuffah neighborhood.[]
