Gaza, MINA – The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that since the announcement of the ceasefire on October 11, 2025, casualties from continued Israeli violations have reached 651 martyrs and 1,741 wounded, bringing the total number of casualties since the Israeli genocide in Gaza began in October 2023 to 72,136 martyrs and 171,839 injured, PIC reports.
In a press statement issued on Thursday, the ministry noted that rescue teams have recovered 756 bodies from under the rubble since the ceasefire took effect, according to official data.
The ministry added that hospitals in the Strip received one martyr and nine wounded in the past 24 hours as a result of Israeli attacks.
It further stated that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and on roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews have so far been unable to reach them.[]
