Gaza, MINA – At least eight Palestinian civilians, including a child, were killed and many others injured in fresh Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip early Wednesday, according to local media reports.
The state news agency Wafa reported that five people were killed in Israeli drone strikes on a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians on al-Nasr Street in northwestern Gaza City.
Israeli drones also hit another tent near Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza City, killing one civilian and injuring several others.
In the central Gaza Strip, one person was killed and others injured when Israeli fighter jets targeted a residential apartment in the Bureij refugee camp.

Meanwhile, a Palestinian child lost their life, and many others were wounded, in another Israeli drone strike on a tent in Deir al-Balah.
Israel’s ongoing military aggression in Gaza since October 2023 has killed more than 64,600 Palestinians, devastated the enclave, and pushed its 2.4 million residents to the brink of famine. []
