Gaza, MINA – A senior Hamas leader accused Israel on Tuesday of repeatedly violating the Gaza ceasefire agreement, alleging that around 400 Palestinians have been killed since the truce took effect.
In a statement, Hamas official Ghazi Hamad said the Israeli army has committed 813 violations of the ceasefire since October 10, describing the situation as “extremely dangerous.”
He stated that nearly 400 Palestinians, mostly civilians, have been killed and 991 others injured in Israeli attacks during the ceasefire period.
Hamad listed the alleged violations, which include “killings, executions, shooting civilians, bombardment, targeted attacks, and targeted assassinations, as well as clear breaches related to humanitarian aid.”

He added that Hamas has submitted detailed daily reports documenting these violations to mediators, warning that the Israeli actions pose a serious threat to the agreement.
The Hamas leader asserted that Israel “has no right to target resistance members during a ceasefire” and accused Tel Aviv of fabricating pretexts for attacks.
He also claimed that Israel has expanded its “fire control zones” across Gaza, occupying more than half of the territory and continuing to target areas outside its control.
The allegations come amid a conflict that has resulted in widespread devastation and casualties in Gaza since October 2023.[]
