Jakarta, MINA – The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Indonesia has invited the Indonesian people to attend a joint prayer, a joint breaking of the fast (iftar), and the signing of a petition in response to the alleged aggression by the United States and the Zionist regime of Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
This open invitation was conveyed by the Iranian Embassy in Jakarta on Thursday. The event is described as a form of humanitarian solidarity and support for the enforcement of international justice.
The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Indonesia, Mohammad Boroujerdi, in his statement, conveyed that his country is ready to face a possible conflict with the United States and Israel.
In the invitation circulating in Jakarta, Iranian representatives also stated that the attack reportedly caused the deaths of several high-ranking officials and civilians. The name of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, was also mentioned as one of the casualties in the information conveyed in the invitation.

The organizers explained that this event is intended to garner the solidarity of the international community, while also voicing concern for the values of humanity and global justice.
The event is scheduled to take place on Thursday from 15:00 to 18:00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time) at the Residence of the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, located at Jalan Madiun No. 01, Menteng, Central Jakarta.
Through this event, the Iranian Embassy invites all levels of Indonesian society to attend and participate. Public attendance is seen as a form of moral support for world peace efforts and the enforcement of international law amidst increasing geopolitical tensions. []
