INDONESIA AL FATAH FOUNDATION SENDS FIVE AL-QUR’AN TEACHERS TO MALAYSIA

Jakarta, 24 Shawwal 1435/20 August 2014 (MINA) – Indonesia Al-Fatah foundation based in Muhajirun, Lampung Tuesday sent five Al-Qur’an teachers delegation to Imtiaz Boarding School of Melaka, Malaysia.

These five young teachers got the their best achivement which memorized 30 chapters of Al-Qur’an. They are Nasruddin bin Bisri  , Arini Raziq binti Helmi Latief (from Al Fatah Lampung), Nurul Fatimah Az Zahra binti Ali Farkhan Tsani (Bogor), Muhammad Wihdan Hidayatullah bin Wahyudi KS (Bogor), and Muhammad Hamzah Asadullah bin Aly Effendi, Nurul Fatimah Az Zahra, Wihdan Hidayatullah, and Hamzah (from al Fatah Bogor).

The chairman of Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding school, Lampung, Lili Sholehuddin told Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) reporter, this is the 3rd departure. Since last year we have sent two delegations to Malaysia.

Meanwhile, on behalf of the Trustees of the Al-Fatah, Bogor, Effendi Jabirsyah in his speech said “We are very grateful for our younger generations who continue the struggle to apply their knowledge to teach al-Qur’an in Malaysia.”

Efendi Jabirsyah, one senior teacher of al Fatah Islamic Boarding School, Bogor, advised the delegation to be consistent in da’wah and struggle in upholding the sentence of Allah.

Hamza, a member of the delegation said “We are very grateful to be able to share knowledge with students in Malaysia by teaching Tahfidz (recitation) of Al-Qur’an. It is the gift from Allah”.

Meanwhile, Wihdan said, he will teach Tahfidz there for three to four months althaough the Imtiaz asked him to be there  longer.

Al Fatah foundation and Imtiaz have agreed to have an exchange students and teachers program. Previously, al Fatah had sent a delegation on 9 April 2013. They were Nasrudin Bisri, Nurul Qomariyah and Umul Nukminat from Fatah, Lampung.

On July 30, 2013, al Fatah sent the second delegation and successfully graduated 18 Hafidz for three months training.

Imtiaz Melaka is a religious school established by Ulul Albab Center of Excellence Foundation based in Kuala Lumpur registered under the Jabatan Agama Islam Melaka (JAIM).

The main program of the school is the combination of state educational curriculum and tahfidzul Qur’an. (L/P010/P04/E01)
