Jakarta, MINA – A consortium of 14 Indonesian humanitarian organizations has dispatched six trucks carrying 5,760 food packages from Egypt to Palestinian families, coinciding with the 81st anniversary of Indonesia’s Independence Day, according to Republika online.
The consortium, comprising Masjid Nusantara, Sharing Happiness, Relawan Nusantara, Rumah Zakat, SiDAQ, Rumah Wakaf, Bantu Teman, Indonesia Peduli, Golden Future Indonesia, Masjid Sejuta Pemuda, Forum Ukhuwah Islamiyah, Taman Zakat, Amal Produktif, and Life for Ummah, launched the mission titled “Indonesian Humanitarian Gift for Palestine.”
Consortium representative Nur Efendi stated that the aid reflects the solidarity of the Indonesian people with Palestinians who continue to face severe humanitarian conditions.
“We want to show that the spirit of Indonesian independence does not stop at home. Today, we are bringing aid, prayers, and love from the Indonesian people for the Palestinian people,” he said.

In addition to food distribution, the humanitarian mission includes medical support for Palestinians, operational assistance for the Quran House in refugee camps, psychosocial support for Palestinian children, and school supplies distribution.
The mission is also supported by several humanitarian content creators involved in documentation and narrative strengthening.[]
