Damaskus, 15 Rajab 1436/4 May 2015 (MINA) – At least 10 people, including six children, have been killed after the Syrian army dropped a barrel bomb on a preschool on Sunday in the northern city of Aleppo, according to local hospital officials.

In addition to the six children, four teachers were also killed, according to a field hospital official.

“At least 10 people were killed and another 18 were wounded after a helicopter belonging to (Bashar Al-) Assad’s forces dropped a barrel bomb on a preschool in the Salah al-Din district,” a field hospital official told Anadolu Agency.

Eight of the 18 injured are in critical condition and in need of urgent medical help, added the official, Middle East Monitor (MEMO) quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporting.
