ZIONIST FORCES ATTACK PALESTINIAN PROTESTERS

On Saturday, the clashes took place after Palestinians gathered outside the Old City in East al-Quds in protest to the killing of the three Palestinians in the city of Jenin in the northern West Bank earlier.

The protesters chanted anti-Israeli slogans as they waved the Palestinian flags at the Damascus Gate of the Old City, Press TV quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporting.

“The blood of the Palestinians killed today will not be in vain… This is on the Zionists’ conscience,” shouted a Palestinian protester.

Israeli troops used tear gas against the protesters and detained some of them.

Also in the West Bank city of Ramallah, dozens of Palestinians blocked a checkpoint, slamming an Israeli overnight raid that led to the killings in Jenin during the early hours of Saturday. (T/E01/IR)
