Hanoi, 12 Dzulhijjah 1437/14 September 2016 (MINA) – The UAE Embassy in Hanoi oversaw the distribution of sacrificial meat provided by the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC), to needy families in Hanoi and a number of Muslim areas in Vietnam.
The move was in line with the teachings of Islam and social solidarity.
The beneficiaries expressed their appreciation and gratitude to the ERC and UAE’s charitable organisations, as well as the UAE Embassy’s role in putting a smile on the faces of people on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.
From Khrtoum and Darfur WAM reported that the UAE Embassy has implemented the Eid Al Adha meat distribution programme in Sudan, in co-operation with the Emirates Red Crescent, ERC.

The meat of 350 sacrificial animals was distributed among 2,450 families in Khartoum and Darfur.
The initiative is part of the embassy’s annual programme to support needy and underprivileged families during religious events in co-operation with other Sudanese charitable organisations. )T/R07/R01)
