TURKEY: ERDOGAN MEETS IRAQI KURDISH PM

Istanbul, 16 Rabi’ul Awwal 1437/27 December 2015 (MINA) –  Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan hosted Kurdish Regional Government PM Nechirvan Barzani in Istanbul on Saturday, presidential sources said.

According to the sources, the two leaders discussed bilateral relations, fight against terrorism, economy and other regional developments,  Anadolu Agency quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporing.

On Nov. 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin alleged that Daesh has been selling oil and oil products to Turkey. However, the Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government (KRG) denied these claims, also put forth by the Russian Defense Ministry. (T/P010/R07)
