Salfit, 1 Ramadan 143/8 June 2017 (MINA) – Israeli settlers on Wednesday set up 13 tents and caravans on Palestinian private-owned land near the village of Deir Estya, near the town of Salfit in the West Bank, according to local sources.

Nazmi Salman, member of the Deir Estya municipality, told WAFA that Israeli settlers from a nearby illegal settlement broke into a Palestinian-owned land near the village and set up tents and caravans.
He said the settlers intends to establish a settlement outpost at the site.
He added that the settlers also started works to establish a road connecting the new outpost with nearby Novim settlement.
Meanwhile, Israeli settlers from Daniel settlement, near the city of Bethlehem in southern West Bank, stole agricultural supplies from a farm belonging to a Palestinian resident of al-Khader village, nearby. (T/RS5/RS1)
