West Bank, MINA – Several towns across the West Bank witnessed a new wave of settler attacks on Friday, resulting in injuries to Palestinian residents and widespread property damage, according to local sourcesjj reports.
In the town of Jalud, south of Nablus, a number of residents sustained bruises while attempting to confront settlers who attacked the outskirts of the town. Settlers set fire to a storage facility and a vehicle belonging to resident Imad Hammoud, causing a blaze that was later brought under control. Four additional homes were also damaged in the attack.
Settlers also threw stones at several houses in the area, shattering windows.
Two foreign activists were injured in a separate settler attack in the Ras al-Ain area of Qusra village, south of Nablus. Local sources reported that settlers assaulted the activists, who were present in solidarity with local residents.

Clashes broke out Friday evening between Palestinian youths and Israeli forces in the town of Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem, amid the rising wave of settler violence across the West Bank, particularly in the Nablus area.
Israeli soldiers fired tear gas at youths during the clashes and deployed within the town, though no injuries were reported.
Israeli forces also raided the towns of Al-Khader, southwest of Bethlehem, and Za’tara, east of the city, positioning themselves near the central mosque. No home raids or arrests were reported from these incursions.

In another incident, settlers attacked an activist in Khirbet Al-Marajem, near the village of Duma southeast of Nablus, spraying her with pepper spray.
The attacks come as part of ongoing campaigns carried out by settlers under Israeli military protection, according to Palestinian officials. Rights groups have documented a significant increase in settler violence across the West Bank in recent months, including physical assaults, property destruction, and land seizures.
International human rights organizations have repeatedly called on Israel to protect Palestinian civilians and hold settlers accountable for violent attacks, which they describe as violations of international law.
The escalation in settler violence coincides with increased Israeli military raids across the West Bank and ongoing tensions surrounding access to the Al-Aqsa Mosque during Ramadan.[]
