Riyadh, MINA – The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Wednesday condemned the deadly attack in New York affirming its rejection of such a terrorist act, KUNA reported.

A foreign ministry source affirmed Riyadh’s standing alongside friendly states in the face of all forms of terrorism and extremism, offering solace to families of the deceased.

In Manama, Bahrain, the foreign ministry released a statement decrying the terrorist attack and expressing support for Washington with respect to any measures it takes to strengthen the US security.

The ministry statement called for cementing cooperation among nations of the globe to annihilate terrorism and dry up its funding resources.
