Jakarta, MINA – Persija Jakarta held a 1-0 lead over Persebaya Surabaya throughout the first half of the 2025/2026 BRI Super League match at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta, Saturday night.

The Kemayoran Tigers’ goal was scored by Allano (17) from the penalty spot in the 16th minute.

In the second half, the Persebaya coach brought on Rachmat Irianto (53) and Gali Freitas (22). As a result, Persebaya began to fight back with several attacks against the home team.

In the 76th minute, Eksel Runtukahu (22) scored his second goal. The man from Minahasa took a sudden shot while in possession of the ball inside the penalty box.

The score was 3-0 to Persija Jakarta.

The final score was 3-0, giving Persija Jakarta a victory. The three points secured allowed the Kemayoran Tigers to continue trailing Persib Bandung and Borneo FC Samarinda at the top of the standings. []
